Top Whatnot Agencies: How to Choose a Partner (2026)

Few agencies are true Whatnot specialists, and none publish audited results. Here are the firms that actually offer Whatnot services, what each one does, and how to vet them before you hand over your account.

Whatnot sellers did more than $8B in live sales in 2025, and fashion has become one of its biggest categories, with brands like Dolls Kill, Invicta and Callaway selling directly. As more brands show up, so do agencies offering to run their Whatnot channel. The field is still small and young: most firms that list Whatnot are TikTok Shop agencies that added it as a second platform, and none publish audited Whatnot results. This guide lists the agencies we could verify actually offer Whatnot services, says plainly what each one does, and gives you the questions that separate a real operator from a reseller.

Disclosure: this guide is published by WABU, a live shopping agency that runs Whatnot shows. We include ourselves in the list and describe every agency — WABU included — only by what it publicly claims.

Key takeaways

  • There is no official Whatnot agency program or directory. Brands doing $50K+ a month are matched with Whatnot's own sales team, not with agencies.
  • Few agencies are Whatnot specialists. Most of the firms below are multi-platform or TikTok-first.
  • No agency publishes verified Whatnot GMV. Every number on an agency site is self-reported — ask for Seller Hub data.
  • Your brand should own the Whatnot account. Give an agency access through Team Permissions, never by sharing your login.
  • Ask how the agency handles shill bidding, giveaways and shipping — the rules that can get your account restricted.

Does Whatnot have an official agency partner program?

No. We found no Whatnot agency directory, certification or partner program. The closest official options are:

  • Whatnot for Brands — brands doing $50K+ a month are matched with a Whatnot sales partner, meaning Whatnot's own team.
  • Team Permissions — lets the account owner invite teammates with set roles without sharing login details. This is the right way to give an agency access.

That means vetting is on you. A "Whatnot partner" badge on an agency site does not refer to any Whatnot program.

Top Whatnot agencies in 2026

WABU is listed first because it is our own; the rest appear in no ranked order.

1. WABU

WABU is a live shopping agency that runs social commerce operations across TikTok Shop, Whatnot, Instagram Live, eBay Live and brand storefronts — from platform setup and catalog to hosts, shows, attribution and payouts. Its model is multi-platform: a brand goes live once and the show is broadcast to each channel it picks, selling from one inventory count. WABU reports $24M+ in GMV across platforms in 2025 (self-reported). Best fit for brands that want Whatnot as one channel in a managed, multi-platform live program rather than a Whatnot-only operation.

2. Monster Agency

Monster Agency (Dallas, Texas) has a dedicated Whatnot management page covering live show production, streaming setup, host coaching, real-time show management, auction and pricing strategy, product curation, community growth and multi-platform inventory sync. It also sells a Whatnot competitor-tracking tool. It claims 500+ campaigns, 150+ brand partners and $2M+ in revenue generated (self-reported, no case studies). It covers TikTok Shop and paid ads as well. Best fit for brands that want a dedicated Whatnot service line.

3. Click Stream Studios

Click Stream Studios runs a physical live-selling studio in Syracuse, New York, offering studio space, hosts and production for TikTok Shop, Whatnot and other social commerce platforms. It will supply hosts or train yours. No published results. Best fit for brands that want studio-produced shows without building a set in-house.

4. FlowDeck Studios

FlowDeck Studios describes itself as a live and social commerce agency for TikTok Shop, TikTok LIVE and Whatnot LIVE, offering host recruiting and management, production, moderation, and GMV and host-performance tracking. Whatnot is a secondary line to its TikTok work, and it publishes no results. Best fit for TikTok-first brands adding Whatnot.

5. Brandyol Media

Brandyol Media (Houston area, Texas) sells packaged services including Whatnot live-selling hosts (studio or warehouse), Whatnot and eBay store management, and Whatnot store registration. Pricing is listed per package on its site. No published results. Best fit for smaller sellers who want à la carte help rather than a full managed program.

6. Atlas Media Group

Atlas Media Group is a supporting vendor, not a show agency: it designs Whatnot thumbnails, stream overlays, packaging and seller branding. Best fit for sellers who run their own shows and want them to look professional.

7. Whatnot Agency

Whatnot Agency states it is an independent company, not affiliated with Whatnot Inc. It is a reseller-coaching service — sourcing inventory, follower growth and live hosts on monthly plans or a revenue share — and lists US availability as coming soon. It is aimed at individual resellers, not brands; we include it because the name causes confusion.

How to vet a Whatnot agency

No independent ranking of Whatnot agencies exists, so judge each one on evidence. Ask for:

  • Real Whatnot numbers. GMV, show count, average viewers and sell-through from Seller Hub for accounts they actually run — not blended "campaign" totals.
  • Account ownership. Your brand should own the account. Whatnot's Community Guidelines ban selling or transferring accounts, and enforcement can reach related accounts. Access should run through Team Permissions.
  • Bidding controls. Shill bidding by a seller's staff, friends or alt accounts is prohibited, with penalties up to a ban. Ask how the agency prevents it on their hosts' side.
  • Clean growth tactics. Buying raids or follows is prohibited. Any agency selling "audience growth" that way puts your account at risk.
  • Giveaway compliance. Cash prizes, randomizer wheels and purchase-required entry without a free alternative all break Whatnot's giveaway rules.
  • Fulfillment ownership. Shipping speed, cancellations and refunds feed both your account health and your reach. Find out exactly who packs and ships, and on what timeline.
  • Gated category experience. If you sell luxury or other gated categories, ask whether they've been through approval before.
  • A paid test. Run a small number of test shows before signing a long contract.

Agency, in-house or both?

Some brands skip agencies and hire Whatnot hosts directly — host job listings from brand operators show this is already common. In-house gives you full control but means owning hosting, production, moderation and fulfillment yourself. An agency makes most sense when you want to launch fast, test the channel before hiring, or run Whatnot alongside TikTok Shop and other platforms from one team.

Before you hire anyone, make sure you understand the platform basics in how to sell on Whatnot, and what good looks like in our Whatnot live selling strategies and top sellers on Whatnot.

Frequently asked questions

Does Whatnot have an official agency partner program?

No. We found no Whatnot agency directory or certification. Brands doing $50K+ a month are matched with Whatnot's own sales team through Whatnot for Brands, and agencies should be given access through Whatnot's Team Permissions feature rather than a shared login.

What does a Whatnot agency do?

Depending on the firm: account setup, show scheduling, hosts, production and studio space, auction and pricing strategy, moderation, inventory sync and reporting. Some vendors only cover one piece, such as stream graphics or host staffing.

How do I vet a Whatnot agency?

Ask for Seller Hub numbers from accounts they actually run, confirm your brand keeps ownership of the account, and ask how they handle Whatnot's rules on shill bidding, bought follows or raids, giveaways and shipping speed. Then run a few paid test shows before signing a long contract.

Should I use an agency or sell on Whatnot in-house?

In-house gives you full control but means owning hosting, production, moderation and fulfillment. An agency makes most sense when you want to launch fast, test the channel before hiring, or run Whatnot alongside TikTok Shop and other platforms from one team.
